Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Shift Leaders to join our team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in directing restaurant operations to uphold our standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate operational excellence in food preparation and delivery, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, gather feedback to enhance operations, and foster brand loyalty.
• Supervise and train team members, maintain staffing levels, and coach for performance improvement.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals through exceptional guest service, sales execution, and efficient use of systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment in compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Ability to multitask, lead a team independently, and work with computer systems.
• Bilingual skills are advantageous in certain markets.

Additional Information

• Position: Non-exempt, hourly.
