Job Description

Cicis Pizza, a rapidly growing restaurant chain with over 270 locations, is seeking talented Shift Leaders to oversee shift operations. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards in all aspects of restaurant operations, including product preparation, customer service, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate operational excellence by ensuring the quality of products and service delivery.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, leveraging feedback to enhance operations and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and train restaurant team members, maintain staffing levels, and uphold uniform and appearance standards.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals through effective guest service, sales execution, and cash management.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the restaurant, adhering to safety and security standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
• Availability to work long hours, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team independently.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual skills preferred in certain markets.
• Comfort working with phones and computers.
• Hourly position, subject to background check.
