Job Description

The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a Communication Facilitator with proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) to join our Deaf, Hard of Hearing and DeafBlind Educational Services Program. In this role, you will provide direct communication services for students who are deaf or hard of hearing to support their learning outcomes. The position involves basic sign interpreting and other communication modalities across various educational settings.

Requirements

• American Sign Language (ASL) proficiency is required.
• Experience working with children with varied language levels.
• ASLPI Level III and higher preferred.
