Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Cook to join our team at Holiday Inn and Suites Gateway. As a Cook, you will work closely with the Chef in preparing meals, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. This position requires attention to detail, a passion for culinary excellence, and the ability to run the kitchen in the absence of the Chef.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef with food preparation and maintaining quality standards.
• Follow hotel's recipes to ensure consistent portion control and taste.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, safety, and security.
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager for inventory management.

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least 3 years of hotel operations experience.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical duties as required.
