Customer Exit Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Exit Representative to join our dynamic team at Avis Budget Group. In this role, you will interact with customers at our airport rental locations, ensuring a smooth exit process by providing exceptional customer service and assisting with necessary procedures.

Responsibilities

• Check driver's licenses and rental agreements.
• Inspect vehicles for damage.
• Enter information into handheld devices or computers.
• Offer customers additional products and services.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the exit process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors or in an exit booth.
• Ability to work all shifts and perform physical tasks.
