Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in your role.
  • Assist customers, handle purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or above.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Skilled in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of performing cleaning duties and following company guidelines.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
