Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in your role.
- Assist customers, handle purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or above.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Skilled in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of performing cleaning duties and following company guidelines.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
