Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team and provide top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures to minimize losses.
  • Follow company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
  • Capable of meeting physical demands such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
