Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and merchandise displays professionally.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues to enhance store performance.
• Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures ensuring security and confidentiality.
• Execute additional assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Skilled in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of multitasking, organizing, and following instructions efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
