Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI values and competencies in daily tasks
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly display merchandise
  • Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
  • Comply with company policies, uphold security measures, and perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
  • Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience
