Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a pivotal member of the store, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking, merchandising, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashier duties and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays in an organized manner.
  • Collaborate with team members and assist customers effectively.
  • Communicate clearly with store management and provide feedback on products and inventory.
  • Contribute to maintaining accurate store inventory.
  • Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
  • Follow company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous and prompt customer service.
  • Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment.
  • Experience in retail advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
