Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store operates smoothly while providing exceptional customer service. This position is full-time, offering an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Take store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain store security.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate store equipment efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register and store equipment accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
