Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, customers are provided with exceptional service, and merchandise is neatly displayed.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team members
- Participate in inventory counts
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior retail experience preferred
