Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocking products, cashiering, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to maintain a clean and customer-friendly environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $15.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Report feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies and uphold security measures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age required: 18 years old
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
