Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for stocking merchandise, cashiering, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of performing cleaning duties to company standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
