Job Description

Join ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. As a full-time employee, you will work an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and provide feedback to management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and handling equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is beneficial.
