Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to provide exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and contribute to an efficient and positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays accurately.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate cash register efficiently and follow cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Capacity to work both independently and within a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
