Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the Aldi team, demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Contribute feedback on products and inventory.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
  • Participate in inventory management and maintain accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
