Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including cashiering, stocking, maintaining store cleanliness, and most importantly, delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and provide outstanding customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Operate cash registers and follow cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate cash registers.
• Capable of performing physical tasks and using store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
