We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.
  • Stock shelves, maintain displays, and ensure tidy merchandising.
  • Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
