Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the Aldi team to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security and confidentiality.
  • Participate in inventory counts and minimize cash losses.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
