Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our store maintains a high standard of customer service and organization. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and keeping the store clean, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and management.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
  • Able to use store equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
  • Compliance with state requirements for alcohol sales.
  • Prior experience in retail preferred.
