Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, our customers receive exceptional service, and our products are well-stocked.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to maintain the store's appearance and cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and processing purchases.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays according to company guidelines.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
