Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and displays.
• Assist customers in finding products and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and store operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and various equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
