Job Description

Join ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist! As a vital part of the store team, you will merchandise and stock products, assist customers, and ensure the store's cleanliness and organization while delivering exceptional customer service. This full-time role offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Assist in store inventory counts and follow cash handling policies.
  • Adhere to company procedures, policies, and security standards.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older with prior retail experience preferred.
  • Proficient in using a cash register and operational equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
