Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As part of our store associates, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are appropriately stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to company policies.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently and in a team setting.
