Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well-organized, and assisting with stocking and merchandising tasks.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
  • Comply with company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
