Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the store's appearance. Working collaboratively with your team, you will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and maintain document security.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Efficient cashiering and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment.
• Experience in retail preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
