In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Provide excellent customer service, assist with shopping, and maintain the store's appearance
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Stock shelves, handle inventory, and ensure accuracy in store operations
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
