Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Provide excellent customer service, assist with shopping, and maintain the store's appearance
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Stock shelves, handle inventory, and ensure accuracy in store operations

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
