Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
  • Participate in inventory management and contribute to maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses and follow company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Experience in retail, along with good communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
