Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital team member, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, assisting customers, operating the cash register, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering and merchandising tasks efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct store inventory counts, and report any issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Experience operating a cash register and handling equipment like hand jacks.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
