We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. From stocking shelves to providing exceptional customer service, you will be an essential part of our team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate our core values and competencies in all aspects of the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Follow company policies to maintain security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is desirable.
• A mix of education and experience is considered.
