Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills) expectations consistently.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their store experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
  • Follow company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Possess excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
