Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills) expectations consistently.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their store experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Follow company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Possess excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
