Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the store staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and inventory guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
