Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will ensure the store is well-organized, stocked, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and contribute to store operations.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate a cash register, lift items up to 45 pounds, and work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
