Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of the workforce, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to create an unparalleled shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory accuracy, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Proficient in prompt and courteous customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
  • Capable of performing general cleaning duties, following company policies, and communicating effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience preferred or a combination of education and equivalent knowledge.
