Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, well-stocked, and offers exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills to provide outstanding customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to improve store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform various physical tasks to keep the store in order.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail and operating a cash register is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and multi-task efficiently.
• Meet all state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail experience is a plus.
