Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will work collaboratively with the Aldi team to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior work experience in retail preferred
  • Equivalent knowledge through a combination of education and experience
