Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)

Starting Wage

$16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with shopping experiences
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
