Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of in-store tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and ensuring the overall customer shopping experience is top-notch.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with the team and communicate with management
• Monitor inventory, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
