Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By collaborating with your team and following ALDI Acts Competencies, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Assist customers with their shopping, provide exceptional service, and communicate effectively within the team.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, provide feedback on products and issues, and adhere to cash policies.
  • Operate equipment safely, interpret and follow company procedures, and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience desirable.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
