Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week and starts at $17.00 per hour.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and provide top-notch customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and report product and inventory issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts, follow cash policies, and adhere to company procedures.
  • Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise, lifting up to 45 pounds, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Experience in retail is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
