Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized and that customers have a positive shopping experience. Your duties will include cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure merchandise is neatly displayed.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers during their visit.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report issues, and participate in inventory counts.
  • Operate cash registers and follow cash handling procedures.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate equipment like cash registers, hand jacks, and floor scrubbers.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
