Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining our store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and follow company cash policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
