Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain a secure and confidential work environment.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Proficiency in operating equipment and following company policies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
