Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures
• Comply with company policies and maintain document security

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently
• Prior retail experience is preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous work experience in retail is an advantage
