Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service in alignment with ALDI's core values.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Stock shelves and maintain attractive product displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
• Contribute to inventory monitoring and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle various equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
