Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the overall customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and stock shelves neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and general issues.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
