Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Conduct inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure security and confidentiality.
  • Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and general cleaning.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
  • Capable of meeting physical demands of the job.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
