Job Description
As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will elevate the shopping experience for customers while maintaining the store's cleanliness and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
- Comply with company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
- Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment responsibly.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
