Job Description

As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will elevate the shopping experience for customers while maintaining the store's cleanliness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
  • Comply with company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
  • Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment responsibly.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
