Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accurate inventory monitoring.
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of interpreting and applying company policies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is a plus.
